Stacked Cooking: Ham, Yams, and Cinnamon Apples Combo
Using the stacked cooking functionality of the Professional Platinum Cookware, create three courses all in one stove top! Talk about maximizing your kitchen.
Ingredients:
Ham
Brown Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Sweet Potatoes
Apples
Cinnamon
Steps for Ham, Yams, and Cinnamon Apples Combo:
Prep ham, yams and apples. Next, place ham inside of the 4-quart pot and drizzle ham with brown sugar.
Next, cut the sweet potatoes with the chef knife (recommend Messerstahl) and drizzle salt and brown sugar on top of sweet potatoes. Make sure to use the grater as separator between the ham and sweet potatoes.
Next, on top of that we will place our cut apples inside our 3-quart and sprinkle cinnamon over them.
Next, place stacked pots on burner. Let sit for 30-40 minutes.
After the food has cooked, remove stacked cooking pots from the burner. Place in pan or preferred serving dish and enjoy!
